Anne Houde is a photographic artist who seeks to find and reveal the essence of the living things and natural places that she photographs. She uses colors, shapes and patterns found in nature to create abstract compositions, and investigates human nature through the gestures of plants. Anne’s images have been exhibited at the Chicago Botanic Garden, The Art Center of Highland Park, Ianelli Galleries, and the David Adler Music and Arts Center. She teaches photography classes at the Chicago Botanic Garden.
